BS. The chart is devastating and tells the entire story and it aligns perfectly with everything I’ve been saying

That call for an updated Kerosdale report was to get under your skin Proto. I see it worked. Think about it. The longest report ever made in Lightwave’s existence was from a company shorting it. That’s because they knew this company couldn’t deliver the goods anytime soon. But that also was a full year after ASM 2021. That report is not why the stock dropped in January and a few months later again..

When directors sold shares at the end of the year 2021 just when investors were expecting major deals the price immediately plummeted

Then later as deals continued to not manifest, the market didn’t like seeing the 5.2 million in bonuses against company policy given to the top two guys. So the price dropped further, but yet it held on a little bit in hopes of a deal being announced by 2022 ASM.

Each disappointment and performance resulted in share price drops. The long timers here have done their best to prop it up and keep the troops hopeful, but the reality is shown in devastating granularity in the chart ever since the infamous 2021 presentation.

Kerrisdale did short around the time of the 2022 ASM but the price had tanked way before then. You have no evidence that they shorted before then. I have never had any association with Kerrisdale or any organization that shorts the company and you’d better stop repeatedly making it look like I did or do.
