I think 'its' safe to say' that GS will address the warrant issue before they expire this month. That said, I personally would not get too hung up on these specific expiring warrants.

The change in landscape for crypto has been seismic ever since Trump won the US elections. As a result, GS is very likely being flooded with merger prospects. I would expect him to tailor his deals accordingly with new or reissued warrants for FORW, ...just like he was doing in 2020.

My guess is that we will see him implement the same strategy from 2020.
