zdog, I agree with your post as I happened to also listen to the 2021 ASM earlier today in response to the back and forth exchange between Walter and Ted Peele. Michael Lebby did not say a deal was coming instead saying they had a plan for commercialization. Ted has often looked at what is said and comes to the most simplistic conclusion if it meets his agenda. Commercialization is a PROCESS of bringing a product or service to the market.

Definition of commercialization from Investopedia: Commercialization is the process of bringing new products or services to market. On a broader scale, commercialization involves production, distribution, marketing, sales, customer support, and other key functions critical to achieving the commercial success of the new product or service.

In 2021 Michael Lebby talked about working with foundry partners to get to being able to mass produce polymer PICs so LWLG was still in the production phase to develop how to do so. It was clearly stated as a work in progress. He made it clear with a graph showing more work needs to be done with developing successful PDKs. He did talk about eventually getting there in the future with what he sees as polymers being able to deliver great results.

Ted Peele says he always tell the truth. This BS about promises not kept about getting deals in 2021 and even 2022 is a recurrent propaganda campaign by him to malign the company. Cherry picking words to make a point while disregarding other important information makes it easy to come to incorrect conclusions.
