Kentucky, it is not required that you have your full detailed supply chain in place, just the outline of a plan that you will conform to. You commit to how you will package and ship - and how shipments will be handled (presumably studies show 2-73 is stable in solid form over a wide range of ambient temperatures and humidities). They care that you know how to handle distribution - but they care intensely that you have detailed manufacturing, packaging, and quality systems in place. They don't need a partner right now - and I don't think they can get a good deal right now, either. They will (rightly, IMO) wait.

If they surprise us with a great partnership deal, then great. I doubt that will happen but that is why it would be a surprise (to me anyway.)
