Kermit, well said, yet again. It seemed the reality of the situation is posted anew every day or two:

We have two options:
1) Believe the emails and PR that the deal is done, and wait as patiently as possible (next week, right? lol...)
2) Don't believe and sell.

With the TA deferring to Larry (per my calls to him), the DTCC chilling the divis, and brokers not inclined to follow-up with DTCC, we're in a holding pattern.

March 31st remains my personal D-day. If no Soma value by then or Larry extends the warrant deadline, I'll have to assume something is amiss. Until then, I'll proceed on the "best information" I have, crisply aware that such is worth about two sheets of toilet paper in pink land.
