I would be interested in the thoughts of any others to see if you have any similiar concerns and questions. Immediately upon reading the excellent report from Adamp some things jumped out.

1. No one can produce and publish website material in your name without your permission. Ordinarily if EdgeTech (or anyone else) wanted it off the web or changes made it must be done. This is odd to say the least.
2. They appear to be working on a new product mix in preparation of forming a new company. If that's true EdgeTech Int'l may disappear and the stock along with it.
3. The PC Edge is designed exclusively for them by who? Datawind is not a producer of PC's.
4 Any relationship they had with Perlman will bring in the feds on an investigation of all his business relationships especially if any monies or equities of any nature had ever been exchanged. Like stock for device test performance on planes etc.
5. Just what are the 12 telemarketing booth people supposed to be selling? When? Now?
6. It appears they have no funds for the "new purchase acquistions" (PC Edge?) until and/or unless this big deal PR firm in NY comes up with the investors. IN WHAT? A new company? Personally I think that's the entire name of this game.
7. What are the 4000 "new units" on the way? Keith just said they will not be marketing the Pocketsurfer2 but instead only the new "PC Edge" that they as usual don't have yet.
8. Last, and far from least, why did Keith Jones not publish this information himself if it was ok for someone else to do it for him? Very weird.

None of this appears to add up. But all in all Adamp did a great job in smoking out what seems again a very muddy and confusing picture.
