UCSF is clearly using it in trial 
It's there in black and whiter in the link I provided .
BCG is a century old vaccine , not a novel drug . Merck was not the first and is not the largest manufacturer by any margin . 
You keep deflecting the truth . If UCSF can get non Merck BCG approved for trial, then someone else can also . NWBO is not using BCG for commercial use .
I am sure you  have to respond to above irrefutable facts with a spin , which is obvious to anyone on this forum .
