maybe...but Namibia fields are loaded with NG....because of this the infrastructure of the oil extraction has to be changed and it has slowed the development of the fields both with cost and time//their holding up also as they are trying to pressure Namibia to adjust the agreement and lower their national percentages of the oil profits..They (big oil) are crooks ...This may make the EEZ and JDZ a better target with less costs and time involved to first oil
