I believe that I have only said that I do not believe that drilling will not occur in Block 4 by Q1 2025. My reason for this is that the PSC signed last June does not require the drilling of a well until Phase II, which would not begin until June 2028 if there are no extensions to Phase I. Rarely does anything happen in the oil business before it is required.

As to Block 6 or 11, while those PSCs are much older and probably do require drilling in the near future (I haven't really looked into it), I would find it odd for either of those blocks to be drilled in Q1 2025 because there has been no mention of it, while Shell has publicly stated that they plan to drill in Block 10 later, around the middle of 2025.

Now, maybe if Shell does make a massive find in Block 10, then all bets are off for timing on the other blocks, but that would still be after Q1 2025.
