Yes. I haven't gone through the documents, but I assume the only reason to vote Green is if you think NexPoint's nominees will intentionally scuttle the merger. Of course, if elected, they have a fiduciary duty to shareholders. So maybe it comes down to who you trust more to uphold their fiduciary duty...NexPoint's nominees or the current trustees (who have overseen this shitshow for the last X years).
