Ken Mcleod - Chairman and a Professor in the Bioengineering and Bioelectromagnetics Laboratory at the State University of New York. Dr. McLeod is a pioneer researcher and author on the effect of energy on tissue, particularly at low power levels. Mr. Martinez holds a Bachelors of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute where he graduated with highest honors, and has worked exclusively in the electronics-engineering field for over ten years. His dedication and experience in multiple fields of engineering, including electronic, electromechanical, computer and communication systems.
