I'm not talking about "showing support" for BIEL when I say their ownership shows what they think of BIEL. I'm talking about making money. Lots of money. Even if Koneru believed the PPS was only going to .001, a triple or even a quadruple is a huge gain.

Share ownership is a way for Koneru to make a lot of money if he thinks that company's stock is going to increase exponentially. Same for Staelin. They wouldn't buy BIEL stock to show a vote of confidence -- they'd buy BIEL stock to make money if they thought it was going up. They are insiders. They know what's happening behind the scenes.

Staelin is lending money to BIEL at 12% interest, right? That's what I calc for his Nov 2023 loan. And HE is not deferring interest. And if he didn't keep giving them money, how WOULD they stay in business? They can't find a lender to give them money with THAT balance sheet. They are stiffing the EX-IM bank and they are even stiffing the SEC. Even a toxic lender won't give them money until they put more shares on the shelf, and for some reason they are hesitant to do that.

Tell imklo why you think they won't do the R/S or increase the A/S. No need to tell ME -- you've told me your reasons a dozen times.
