What is really funny is that before you were on this board the shorts used to say that lack of a strong immune response meant that L was just a placebo. A sustained immune response of course was the goal since a strong immune response could be life threatening in the brain. Even so, the pseudoprogression rate was strong enough to distort the PFS numbers badly enough to need to change primary measures of treatment effect which these same shorts claim is bad. They have argued themselves into a deep pit that they will never be able to crawl out of because every new protest digs the pit deeper as it ends up being the answer to the previous one; ).
