I’ve been here since Oct 17 watching and adding this very unusual merger unfold.

What is so unusual is we have completed mergering a EU Paris exchange company with
EU 360 million revenues into a USA shell

There is much to unpack but basically some deep pockets has bought up about 0ver 10 billion shares late October early November at .001 avg.

Adding everything up ( I didn’t list everything )
it’s complicated but the value here is min. .003
But more like .10 -.15 IMO

Also no R/S stated just recently

This is very interesting and unusual to see here but it looks like people are getting the idea and understanding

Basic concept an established company with great real experienced management has moved to the USA market via IPO shell
