Overview of The Coretec Group : Seon Kee Kim , Michael Ussery , Robert McCollar and Birge S Watckins are with The Coretec Group . Also Seon Kee Kim , Michael Ussery , Robert McCollar and Birge S Watckins are on the board with ZaiCell Inc in Virginia who is planning to build a 50 Giga Watt battery manufacturing plant . Michael Ussery is the CEO of The Coretec group and Coretecs Seon Kee Kim is the CEO of the Virginia company ZaiCell Inc . That the only connection as of now for Coretec and ZaiCell Inc . The 2 companies forming some kind of alliance at some point through some type of Corporate action with Zaicell Inc could happen but we can only speculate at this point .

Coretecs share exchange agreement closed Aug 22nd with Core Optics who was formed for the sole purpose of purchasing the Compact Camera Module testing and evaluating and assembly equitment from Koreas IsMedia . that has lead to not only revenue for Coretec but many new partnerships that came with that share exchange agreement as well as about 90 patents.

Coretec has recently acquired 41 million shares and a 17% stake in the stock of Kib Plug Energy in Korea along with 3 people on Coretecs management being nominated to take over board member positions at Kib Plug Energy with a share holder meeting set to address that December 13th at Kib Plug Energy . The 3 involved from Coretec are Seon Kee Kim , Michael Ussery and Jung Min Lee.
