NWBO would have in some way, shape, or form received a signal for no approval. NWBO must have logged in many hours of consultations with regulator's over a span of a couple of decades, and subsequently, adapted fully, their recommendations to follow an agreed upon roadmap that would deliver for both sides. There isn't a more over-the-radar, data rich, and with forward looking manufacturing innovation, so on, and so on.. on par or even close to NWBO.
