Give it a rest smarty shareprice has went from .50 to .01 with your bf at the helm. You have no basis for defense they failed certification attempt in June and it has been almost 6 months and they have went dark on anything relevant. Nobody cares about lawsuits or old companies everyone here knows nexboard has to be certified in next 60 days or its over for all of us. We will be lucky to survive tax sell off in coming days.
