That would seem to be the case but maybe sentiment_stocks is just extrapolating a little more time due to the latest update given about time taken for new active substances decisions. For that to drop about 100 days suggests they do not have enough qualified personnel for the tasks they have been given. MHRA obviously was able to hire paper/data pushers for existing therapies but are being overwhelmed with even just a few new active substances being approved way late based on their own guidelines for expected decisions.
