Talked to Dave yesterday.

He’s just handcuffed by Linda. She’s too inept to make the right calls, but unfortunately is an absolute dictator in the company. Nobody else has any input.

I get the feeling he’s somewhere in the middle ground of “wants to release more than they are, but understands the argument to not release everything immediately”.

To be clear, those quotes were not from him. My interpretation.
