No. That doesn't make sense from a legal viewpoint. There's only ONE completed case, the one about Stormy on which Trump was convicted on most but not all charges. There is no time to hear the remaining cases between now and 20 January.
What Smith has done is to dismiss them without prejudice, which means that four years from now they could be refiled by someone else representing the government. If he'd dismissed them WITH prejudice, they couldn't have been filed again in federal court.
