I don't agree. Drop that fucking ruling now and the cases can come back and he can be tried in early 2025. It's the only thing stopping at least 2 cases. It's what smith stated in his brief, only dropping them because of the doj 'ruling'. Not the scrotum immunity. The second grand jury proved all the counts were absent any immunity and could go through. Only barr and garlands doj ruling prevented it. Thing is, the ruling isn't a law. It's a policy.

Saying there's no point is the same crap that got us into this.
