Pursuant to the agreement, AEGEA Inc will issue 30 million shares to FutureWorld subsequent to which FutureWorld will hold 94% stake in AEGEA Inc. On March 16, 2015, That would include the land that FUTL plans on making into a pot farm. That's the next PUMP IMO
