You need 2 trials and you need to hit all your endpoints. AD was small, mostly stat sig but missed one of the two primary endpoints (which he actually told us they met...then reversed later.) Another 100+ patients and they would have hit both primary endpoints. Rett, similarly, was too small. When I asked why they were so small then I was told that they were not sure 2-73 would work. Not sure why this is so hard to understand.
