OK, I recall there was also a 25% possibility for the ownership which is exactly what is the case using the 1.5 billion number so as hokie pointed out $60 million valuation at .03 which would be a PS approximately seven.

Thanks again for responding. I will be watching because I really had high hopes and the very tight float is still an extremely attractive part of this.
