I think we should receive press next week that clarifies all this. Management has also been pretty communicative, but I think there's great potential here. Once all the details are ironed out, they could easily scoop up similar, mid-market pharmaceutical companies in the Philippines - this could make them a massive player. Management seems serious enough to make this a reality, and it's clearly not a typical pump 'n' dump type scheme.
