Can we assume the hyperactivated version of DC vaccine was already adopted in the combo trial?

We can see that in the combo trial minimum two gram of tumor tissue is enough to make the vaccine. I was told by Doc Logic for the p3 trial minimum five gram of tumor tissue was needed if I remember correctly the number he told me.
