Your arguments here are just as absurd as when you denied the FDA had an issue with summary level trial data (despite numerous links by me) or when you were sure of approval this year (if you recall that bet).

You really are losing it. You are now confusing the FDA's take on summary-level trial data (which you never provided a link for) with individual patient-level data. The FDA has a problem with the absence of individual patient-level data is what I have always said. I said its not impossible to get a lethal cancer trial approved on summary-level trial data with the absence of individual patient-level data its just very very difficult. I have always said its difficult and the FDA is stubborn and unreasonable..
