I think I had an issue with the birthdate at first also.

I ended up doing the following:
I chose the month and year
It then came up with the correct month and year but the current day. For example if I did it today it would come up as My month, September and my year, 1954 but it would say “16” instead of my real date of 24.

I had to go to the top left corner and click on September 1954.

It would open a calendar and I could click on 24.
