I wouldn't think Sarissa would take the chance to report incorrect information to their clients.

RMB, these SEC filings have nothing to do with reporting to clients. They are strictly regulatory filings.
Their clients would receive custodial statements with their share of the pool (I think they use Morgan Stanley?).
Their various funds show up on their ADV filing.
