I think the US is looking to invest in smaller Asian countries to manufacture electronic components as long as it not China. Yes, there will be tariffs but it is possible to have a fair-trade agreement.

On another note, Henry needs to cut out the "Global Warming" language in these energy deals. Yes "Green Energy" is something everyone wants to encourage to reduce global emissions. But not everyone believes in the GW ideas, discussions, science, etc. and unifying language attracts more investors, not less. JMO.
