I would like to see a mentor for Michael Lebby in the CEO role. Thomas Connelly Jr. would fit the role perfectly down the line as he is an expert on materials including polymers and has the contacts with large corporations that would be useful in aiding the company's commercial development.

Great post Marco, and especially this last paragraph regarding Thomas Connelly Jr. possibly being an excellent mentor for Dr. Lebby! I hope that happens or is already happening even just now!

And furthermore, at some point I hope soon, Dr. Lebby and board appoints a Chairman that is highly seasoned, experienced, accomplished and has a deep network across the key industries that Lightwave wants to penetrate in the nearterm as well as longterm!
