I don't know where you get your numbers. Here are the facts: Sarissa currently owns 24,850,623 shares of the stock . If he bought 9 million additional shares where are they? I also read a report from Sarissa Capital saying that as of Dec 1, 2023 Sarissa Capital had not sold any shares of their stock. Could you please explain when did Sarissa acquire another 9 million shares and when ? (date, etc)
However small of an investment he made (approx 3,8% of his portfolio), no one expect to loose such a sum without trying to at least recoup its original investment.
