The board of directors itself is commonly empowered. This usually requires a majority vote or a supermajority of the board, ,(most of which have been hired by the chair, they have a legal fiduciary responsibility to us) depending on the bylaws. I bet Purplecritter can research the bylaws complying with Nevada laws and opine.    I'm pissed.
