Cummunication, intensifying negotiations, verticals and capturing shares by the institutions are correlated and the interests cannot be expressed exuberantly or in detail. Most shorts and 'sheep' make a point of this and try to influence this.

As long as this lasts for some it will seem like shorts making money.
