I still have a sneaky suspicion that Sarissa is angling for a lower stock price. They had to KNOW that this presentation was going to get the cool response it got. With nothing at all new, and even confirmation of some things that are NOT going to happen (China reimbursement not happening this year, no new formulation, etc.), they had to be certain that this would hurt the stock price (as it has).
The only clear message we got was "Europe is going to take a long time, and we aren't really doing anything to make progress getting back into the U.S. market".
Berg also seemed very shady when he glossed over the share repurchase and potential reverse split very briefly. As if he didn't really want to get into it. Which makes me feel like that's exactly what they are going to do.
Denner/Sarissa is just not that stupid. There's no way. We're making new all-time lows almost daily now, and they decided to present THIS? I just don't buy it.
