Well I am not sure if Green is actually going to explain why, but we do have quarterly financials coming out in early December and so we will get some kind of response from Green I assume. Knowing that they were in negotiations to be bought out, the company may not have focused too much on getting new contracts to make their financials looks better and possibly scuttle this offer, so I am not expecting very much!

I would expect a very very low key event and they may not even take any questions? At the same time, they will be somewhat careful as there are now several law firms looking into the "fairness" of this offer.

In the end, I do not expect much coming from these legal firms, but there still is a chance that Ampersand may increase their offer(not a good chance mind you) and there is even a chance that a new bidder shows up(an even lower chance here), so you know......maybe? I would not place a bet on that happening, but stranger things have happened?!

Meanwhile I will continue to hold my shares to see how this thing ends!
