That is the question. Is there a hole in their “mistake” story and would they like to participate in discovery or just get a better offer. I just don’t believe the mistake story, especially now with this untimely non-needed buyout at such a low number. Everyone wins but retail shareholders (original financiers, company officers, guys who made mistake, etc). Finally, the sale doesn’t make sense at this number. They have weathered the storm. Why now for a few points. Why not see what happens in the next year or two. Where is the pressure? All seems to be moving in their favor. Greene needs to explain why?
