Given the speculation of an improved future economy and no longer the uncertainty of election results, hesitant lenders should be willing to move forward IMO. At this price point, it would be an amazing time to do a buy back Henry, just sayin!
This is the point where I originally bought in and made a VERY nice return. Hmmm....Trump was president last time as well. 😇
