Kota Energy and Kota Construction are now officially out of business and are preparing to file for Ch 7 bankruptcy. They are now being sued by dozens of customers, contractors, vendors, & the state of California. I guess those Sunobi numbers that were being touted by pumpers and paid promoters showing 12000 jobs and over 500 million in revenue(LMAO). Anyone looking for securities fraud, here is some!!
