How to figure Valuation???? Hmmmm

At a basic level (since Anavex owns no physical assets) lets say you have Cash and IP.

Cash while declining has been as much as 40% of Market Value in the past year.
Evidently IP is currently valued @ about 70% or more.
Fair?

I guess we will find out next funding where the balance lands.
Currently it seems the cart is in front of the horse.
