Foelak's order was basically worth ZERO and MEANT NOTHING. Her order was NEVER FINALIZED by the SEC Board of Commissioners! Yes, the Board dismissed the case but it was NOT for what Foelak stated. It was dismissed (along with about 50 other cases) because of an "Internal Error" at the SEC.

This CANNOT be refuted and is easily proven by ANYONE who wants to actually LOOK UP the actual dismissal!
