This is all fine and dandy but why why why yesterday afternoon it was concluded a merger or buyout had Occured and was completed and was waiting on the 20 day timeframe requirement by OTCM and once released this said merger or buyout was going to be announced. 
And now today is only the 1st step of the process that originally was assumed completed.
