Have to say Maple Leaf Capital posing as a Delaware company gives me considerable cause for pause. Says right in filing, either filer or company is in Canada. My hunch is both, Hicks got his BA at University of Guelph and Hicks is buying through OTCN. Time will tell but that's my take. Nice to see you here, best of luck!
