i KNEW YOU WOULD SAY THAT!

What that means is that when DTIII files a OTCQB Certification or a Financial statement with the new O/S, the OTC sends it to the transfer agent to verify.

The OTC sends it to the transfer to verify.

I had companies that were audited and the auditors found the O/S was incorrect and the OTC changed the amount when the financials were filed.

I also called one on the TA's and they said they only verify with the OTC and do not update. They do not initiate the update only verify when requested.

So I am not sure they verifl with the Transfer agent even though they state it or else this could not have happened. This is the OTC, a lot of times they are lackadaisical.
