DtII last updated their O/S in July 2024. DTII probably have issued more but the OTC markets hasn't updated the O/S because the last filing from DTII was for 7/31/2024.
May have to wait till mid to the end of December to see how much more they issued.
Why do it beforehand, doesn't really matter anyway with this company, they could though.
