Charlatan..THanks for the DD although many people here are going to ride this one out it seems the bad guy Ed Johnson just holds shares and is nothing but a shareholder now..Of course he can sell some shares since he contributed 429k to the company initially..I will play this one with caution and perhaps we may find that Carol Johnson will not follow her husbands past and the PR's are for real..Looking at the Financials they have a lot of real estate and commercial loans on the book. A lot of unanswered questions but time will tell......
