If that was to happen (hopefully not, but who knows) then approval no longer matters and it is just a matter of marketing. How many DC vaccines wold pop up overnight. How many RNA vaccines. How many infrared light treatments, ...

Result is nothing would be worth much. Other than whomever has the most money to push their product will do well.
