I do understand how a buyout works. The statement says to buy a small portion at double the price and explicitly say not a buyout. Read the original post, specifically the last sentence that I cited to.



Yep, you're right, completely misread your statement. Scanned too quick and saw the 'buying out the company' and whiffed the "unless they are".
