I'm sure Klug will sell you all ya want.

It cost money and is a huge pain in the ass to transfer stock that has been revoked from a broker to a private buyer. It's much simpler to tell your broker that the stock is untradable and worthless and for them to classify it as so, so ya can take the tax write off.
