Well we got a little criticism from somebody on the AZRH board saying they don't trust the guidance from a CEO of a penny stock - however, Cohen privately invested in this technology last year, and prior to electing to take the company and technology public, he and Kyle Lewis received multiple offers from private equity funds with a value just on the technology pre-revenue between $30-$40M.  Our short term market cap target we believe should fall between $18 - $30M.  We will release our roadmap shortly.
